Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2025

At Unhurd Conversations, LLC, doing business as Vibe and Vision Content Studio, we are committed to providing excellent service and clear expectations for all bookings. Please review our refund policy carefully before finalizing your reservation.

All Sales Are Final

All bookings, purchases, and services made through Vibe and Vision Content Studio are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Studio reservations

  • Equipment rentals

  • Event space bookings

  • Photography/videography sessions

  • Podcast bookings

Rescheduling Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may request to reschedule your session once, subject to the following:

  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • New date must be approved by Vibe and Vision management

  • Rescheduling is based on studio availability

  • No-shows without communication are not eligible for rescheduling

Studio Cancellations

If Vibe and Vision Content Studio must cancel your booking due to an internal issue, we will offer:

  • A full credit toward a future session OR

  • Reschedule at no additional cost

  • Acknowledgment of Policy By submitting payment or reserving the studio, you agree to this refund policy in full.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time. No-shows are considered forfeited appointments and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
